Original Soundtrack

CD No: SME Visual Works SVWC-7078

The soundtrack of the OVA series. The anime is far more serious and action-oriented than the original novel and so its music is. Iwasaki Taku has done the great job in creating nice BGMs to fit the show. I can happily recommend this to all R.O.D (anime) fans.

The words for "God" and "paper" sounds identical ('kami') in Japanese.
4. hon'ya ni te --- fukaku shizuka ni senkou seyo 1:18
[At a Bookshop --- Choose Silent, Choose Deep]
MSC: Iwasaki Taku ARG: Iwasaki Taku
This is a pun. 'senkou' can mean both "to choose" and "to go under water" (although their kanji are different). 'Fukaku Shizuka ni Senkou seyo' is the Japanese title for an American film, "Run Silent, Run Deep"

[As the Man is So Witty]
I suppose this is taken from Kitano Takeshi's film, 'sono otoko, kyoubou ni tsuki.'
