Scarlet

CD No: Pony Canyon PCCA-01430
Release date: 19 Apr 2000
Price: Y1500
Total length: 24:26 (5 tracks)

A maxi-single featuring the OP song of "Ayashi no Ceres". The title track is soft, desperately sorrowful and powerful, where Junko's voice is most effective. The song has definite Eastern feeling like "nayuta no yume," which is also shared by Track 3 to a lesser extent. Track 2 is totally different, upbeat and cheerful.

[Gurukun ~The Death of a Red Fish~]
If I understand it correct, 'gurukun' is an Okinawa-dialect for a tropic fish. It is given the title of Okinawa's "Fish of the Prefecture". The fish is also known as 'takasago' in other part of Japan and its latin name is Caesio diagramma.
